Development of ‘Smoke Extraction Motors’ suitable for temp. class 250°C, 300°C & 400°C Green channel certification from Thyssenkrupp.
Received BIS licence for energy efficient motors up to 1000 kW. ATEX/ IECx licence for energy efficient motors up to 500 kW
Upgradation of motor testing set-up as per IEC 60034-2-1:2014 standards with direct loading up to 1000 kW, mixed frequency & actual stray loss measurement system for combined testing with accuracy 0.05% error
Developed the complete range of LT motors by extending product range from 355L frame – 200 kW to 450L frame – 1000 kW.
CE Mark for standard range of motors. Commissioned an additional manufacturing plant near the existing plant for manufacturing higher capacity motors.
Started supplying to EPC companies for major projects with an assurance of ‘on time, full delivery’ due to our large capacity. Quality system recertified as per ISO 9001:2008 standards.
Enlistment with Engineers India Ltd. (EIL), Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Indian Railways, Indian Navy and major steel plants.
New manufacturing plant at Chincholi MIDC near Solapur, equipped with the latest machinery and unidirectional process flow.
'National Award for Quality Products' from the Ministry of Industries, Government of India. Quality system recertified as per ISO 9001:2000.
